I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve been selected for the Spring 2025 Kitchen Work Foundation Residency Award!
The inaugural residency will take place at Heirloom Lodge in West Stockbridge, MA from April 22-26. I’ll be collaborating with Chef/Owner Matt Straus and the Heirloom Lodge team to create a special menu highlighting the early spring bounty of the Berkshires & Hudson Valley. It’s an incredible honor to showcase Haema in a different spotlight, and I hope you’ll join us for a night! Reservations available via resy.
