Prepared Drop-Off Catering

Chef-prepared dishes designed specifically for drop-off service, with menus intended to reheat beautifully without sacrificing quality. Ideal for casual gatherings, weekend hosting, or events where full service isn’t required.

Drop-offs can be individually packaged meals, cocktail-style bites, or buffet-style spreads.

Cocktail-Style Hors d’Oeuvres

Thoughtfully composed small bites designed for relaxed, drink-forward gatherings and celebrations. This service is well suited for garden parties, summer gatherings, aperitivo hours, and corporate happy hours.

Cocktail-style service may be stationary, passed, or a combination of both, with presentation and pacing tailored to the tone of your event.

Family-Style & Stationary Buffets

A welcoming, shared dining experience suited for casual celebrations, mid-sized corporate events, and festive gatherings with friends and family. Menus are constructed for abundance, ease, and flexibility, with dishes presented buffet-style for guests to serve themselves.

The level of formality can range from relaxed to refined, depending on your preferences and the nature of the event

Full-Service Seated Dinners

A more formal dining experience for intimate dinner parties, holiday gatherings, and elevated corporate events. Meals may be plated or served family-style and are tailored to your budget, guest count, and desired level of formality.

This offering includes on-site cooking, attentive service, and complete execution from start to finish.

Venue & Off-Site Event Catering

Designed for larger-scale events hosted at venues or in collaboration with organizations, creative teams, and event producers. This service is best suited for clients seeking a reliable culinary partner for off-site execution.

Menus and service scope are developed in coordination with the venue and event team to ensure smooth logistics, thoughtful flow, and high-quality food at scale.
