  • At this time, we do not offer pre-event tastings. Our menus are thoughtfully designed based on seasonality, event style, and client preferences, and we’re happy to walk through menu options in detail during the planning process.

  • Yes. A 25% deposit is typically required at the time of booking to reserve your event date.

  • Yes. We offer a limited drop-off menu for deliveries, subject to a delivery fee. Drop-off offerings are designed to reheat well without compromising quality.

  • We are based near Hudson, New York.

  • We primarily serve the Hudson Valley, Capital Region, and Berkshires. Events outside these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Availability varies based on event size and service style.

  • Yes. We’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences when shared in advance, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-aware menus.

  • For on-site events in private homes, we typically serve between 8 and 50 guests, with most events falling in the 15–30 person range. We also cater larger off-site events, including fundraisers and gatherings of up to 150 guests.

  • For private events, we can create custom beverage and bar service packages tailored to your needs and event style.

  • Absolutely. We love collaborating with makers, musicians, venues, grassroots organizations, and fellow chefs and hospitality concepts. If you have something in mind, we’d love to hear about it.

  • Gratuity is not included in listed pricing and is typically added at 20%, unless otherwise noted in your proposal.
